The UPMC Health Plan Pittsburgh Half Marathon has been a runner favorite since it’s inception in 2009. Run over Pittsburgh’s three rivers, across bridges with amazing views of the city skyline, and travel through unique neighborhoods lined with spectators and entertainment that showcases Pittsburgh’s history and diversity.
